Quantum will work closely with the Owner in choosing the best financing alternative. Early in the audit phase, Quantum will present several financing alternatives; including direct financing by Quantum, third party loans, municipal loans, state loans, and non-recourse, project based financing.

Quantum does not use project financing as a way to generate profit. We work with the Owner to help make the best choice for them.

Efficiency Grants

For Washington’s K-12 schools, colleges and universities there’s never been a better time to pursue energy and water conservation based facility improvements, with $100 million in competitive grants available to support these activities and create jobs. And there is no ESCo with a more successful track record of securing these competitive grants than Quantum. A pilot program in 2009 saw grants awarded to 50 school districts – 24 of which are Quantum customers.
