Design

Quantum provides a full range of mechanical, plumbing, electrical, controls, and lighting design capabilities. Quantum personnel have designed over $45 million of performance contracting projects, and Quantum’s industry partners provide over $400 million in experience with mechanical and electrical design projects. Quantum is equipped with AutoCAD 2008, plotting equipment for full size drawings, and a wide range of computer, printing & engineering resources. We have mechanical, controls, electrical design and LEED certified personnel in-house.

Because we offer both construction and design services, Quantum’s designs are practical and sound. Our close relationship with the construction industry also opens up a wide network of resources to aid in both the design and construction of projects. With Quantum, the design is not just done on paper – extensive fieldwork and active problem solving go into a design that will work right the first time.

Efficiency Grants

For Washington’s K-12 schools, colleges and universities there’s never been a better time to pursue energy and water conservation based facility improvements, with $100 million in competitive grants available to support these activities and create jobs. And there is no ESCo with a more successful track record of securing these competitive grants than Quantum. A pilot program in 2009 saw grants awarded to 50 school districts – 24 of which are Quantum customers.
