About Quantum

Quantum Engineering & Development is an energy services company (ESCo) that provides engineering, construction and commissioning services to public, commercial and industrial clients. We are a licensed, bonded & insured general contractor as well as an engineering firm.

We perform mechanical, plumbing and electrical retrofits to existing buildings. We provide full services from the auditing & development phase through design, construction, commissioning and monitoring & verification of savings and project performance.

Quantum was started in 1999, and has provided over $45 million in energy & water conservation projects to public & private clients since. We excel in the areas of service to our clients, and technical excellence. We are unique among our competitors in the Northwest:

Quantum is fast becoming a leader in sustainable energy development in the Northwest. We are currently in the design and development phase for four photovoltaic solar energy projects, and are also involved in implementing compliance with the American Colleges & Universities Presidents Climate Commitment on one large college campus.
