Quantum Engineering & Development is an energy services company (ESCo) that provides energy and water auditing, engineering, construction and commissioning services to public, commercial and industrial clients.

We are a licensed, bonded & insured general contractor as well as an engineering firm. We perform mechanical, plumbing and electrical retrofits to existing buildings and offer a full array of services from auditing and project development through design, construction and commissioning, to ongoing monitoring & verification of savings and project performance.

Since 1999, Quantum has provided over $63 million in energy & water conservation projects to public & private clients, and built a reputation for engineering and customer service excellence. We are unique among ESCo firms in the Northwest:

Efficiency Grants

For Washington’s K-12 schools, colleges and universities there’s never been a better time to pursue energy and water conservation based facility improvements, with $100 million in competitive grants available to support these activities and create jobs. And there is no ESCo with a more successful track record of securing these competitive grants than Quantum. A pilot program in 2009 saw grants awarded to 50 school districts – 24 of which are Quantum customers.
